Multi-page extraction

How to extract a paginated web table

A table may show only its first page. TableSense can follow a next-page control during a local extraction that you start in Chrome, then show the combined rows for review.

Try it on a paginated page

  1. Check the page control

Open the first page of the table and confirm that its Next control loads a new set of rows.

  2. Start a local extraction

Select the data you need with local extraction or Point & Click, then choose Follow pagination. TableSense follows the page control in a bounded, user-started run.

  3. Review the combined result

Check the total row count and sample rows from later pages before copying or downloading CSV or TSV.

If more rows appear while scrolling

Use the load-more helper to bring additional items into the page before extraction. It is separate from Follow pagination.

If the result stops early

Some sites have unusual navigation or require a signed-in session. Check the preview and row count; the tool does not run unattended in the background.

Start with one page

For a quick CSV from a single table or list, use the basic extraction workflow first.
