Web page to spreadsheet
How to copy a web table to CSV
If a page shows a table or a repeating list, you can capture its visible information as rows and columns, check the preview, then copy or download a CSV file.
Three steps
Open the page
Go to the table, directory, or list you want to capture. Make sure the rows you need are loaded in the page.
Choose the data
Open TableSense and try local extraction. If it selects the wrong items, use Point & Click to pick an example row and its fields. Optional AI can help with less regular pages.
Check and export
Inspect the row count and preview. Refine the columns if needed, then use Copy CSV or Download. You can also choose TSV when tabs work better for your destination.
Check before sharing
Look at the first few rows and the total count. A page may show only part of a larger dataset, or place different kinds of items in the same list.
Working across pages?
If the site has a next-page control, use TableSense’s local Follow pagination action to collect more rows in a user-started run.
Read the pagination guide →Use the page you already have open
Local extraction runs in your browser and needs no account. Optional AI sends a page summary and your instruction to TableSense and its AI provider after disclosure and consent.
